If your child becomes ill during the school day, you will be called to come pick up your child.  It is very important that parents/guardians keep emergency telephone numbers up-to-date so that you or your emergency contact can be reached quickly.  Accident report forms are completed for serious injuries that occur on school grounds.  Parents/guardians are notified by telephone or note describing the accident, the extent of injury, and the treatment provided. In the event of an accident requiring emergency medical treatment, the school will call 911.
