The Response to Intervention Team (RTI) is a team of professional staff at OAES. Parents are vital members of the team and will be contacted upon referral of their child, and before any decision to provide a child with extra support through RTI. The work of the RTI can also serve as a pre-referral mechanism to Special Education and serves to increase collaboration between schools, families, and community agencies.
